Implode, becomes Vortex with a rune. Implode would be targeted, Vortex would be AOE. Basically a micro black hole.|||Teleport enemy!|||Inferno: Like firewall except it's a big (filled) circle of flame instead of a wall. Like immolation arrow without the arrow or explosion|||How about something like Firestorm.
When you cast it, fire starts raging in a circular area, and it stands still, monsters who enter take X damage per second. It would make a very useful defensive as well as offensive spell.|||I have nothing original or groundbreaking as such, but here goes anyway:
Bloodstars - Red fireballs / bolts shoot out in a tight spead, dealing 50% arcane and 50% physical damage. Max of 3 missiles per shoot, points increase crit chance and spell damage. Crits from bloodstars cast open wounds ala D2, and crit deaths cause monsters to explode dealing AOE physical damage. Skill runes could for example alter it like this: When bloodstars hit enemies, they further chain into 3 further bloodstars for up to 3 times. Think so. She has Slow Time and Wave of force|||Let me freeze and shatter my enemies with a graphically improved FROZEN ORB from D2 and I'll play D3 untill they rip the mouse from my COLD (pun intended) dead hands!
Seriously, they can do whatever they want with the game, if they reintroduce Frozen Orb 1:1, just with improved spell graphics and without elemental immunities from monsters I'm set on Wizard as my full time main.|||Here is a spell idea i came up with (i remember D1 had it but it wasn't really very useful)
-Telekinesis - Active 5 Ranks - Costs 4 MP per sec - rank 1/5
A long thin Arc of lightening or Arcane energy extends from the Wizards fingers and hits one enemy .. upon that the victim is suspended 1 meter high from the ground and can't move or attack for 6-8 seconds (channeling ability), and the wizard also gains the ability to toss the enemy in any direction they please or keep that enemy hanging in mid air while other players attack it with melee or ranged attacks.
It could also:-
-With Power Rune - Do damage over time to affected enemy, and tossing them does more damage.
-With Multi Rune - could make you hang up to 5 enemies in mid-air.
-With Efficiency Rune - could cost much less (down to 1MP per use not sec) and last a while longer.
It provides a new way to affect enemies and a new gameplay movements (like disintegrate), and is best used with Mirror Images or Hydra |||Elemental storm:
Unleashes the power of the true element dealing massive damage to traget area and surroundings
....Pretty much a spell that's aimable but a has a large area effect
I wan't the elemental skills BACK
