Or will archon mode enhance the skills we've chosen?
If every single wizard skill has "archon" mode, coupled with skill runes... the variation is wild. I love it and hope this is the case.|||As far as I know, every class has his 'Super Saiyan mode', that was a given. But I think it enhances the damage output+visuals on the skills that you have and overrides all rune effects since it is one on it's own

I think 'Super Saiyan mode' can be achieved by doing X damage within X time or get X kills within X time...
[/speculation]|||Er. It's just a skill button press.|||Really? That would suck!
Runed Archon ... ohh well we'll see where it brings us

how is some semi-randomly activated buff better than an actual skill to activate exactly when and where you plan to do so? you might want to put some more thought into that and what it means for actual gameplay

Based on what we have with the existing rune effects and which direction the majority of them are going, i would go with konfeta's suggestions. Though i would really like to see something mindboggling for those supercharged character forms.|||Quote:

Randomness is the right word. Wouldn't it be cool that once a battle start and you're really getting jiggy with it, you turn into a Super Saiyan on top of all your normal spells and you deliver mo' damage?
This would challenge folks to go that extra mile as archonform increases in difficulty to obtain

Sounds like a good achievement to me to obtain archonform on inferno difficulty.
But if it remains this way, fine by me

No offence and none taken.|||I agree Archon totally looks kick ***!
