[:1]I'll pick a good balance set of offensive skills and mobility/crowd control skills.
Will probably choose Disintegrate, Arcane Orb, Electrocute, Frost Nova, Slow Time, and Teleport. The offensive skills are fairly low level so if they together don't utilize arcane power fully I might choose one higher level offensive skill.
Disintegrate will be great at long range because it instantly hits and hits through targets, Arcane Orb for mid range, and Electrocute if mobs get too close. Teleport and Frost Nova for emergencies. Will try to teleport to mobs and then pop a Slow Time at the start of combat to maintain a temporary buffer (mobs are slowed considerably).
