for reference: the actual skill list: http://diablo.incgamers.com/forums/s...d.php?t=806628
1. @ 0:01
Hydra
unruned
2. @ 0:06
Shock Pulse ?!
3. @ 0:12
Arcane Orb
unruned or runed for minor visual change (e.g. lower cost etc)
4. @ 0:17
Arkon
5. @ 0:18
??? - this punch on the ground, is that the Arkon-modified version of Explosive Blast or something ?
6. @ 0:19
Arkon-Disintegrate
7. @ 0:35
Magic Missile
Indigo Rune Rank 1
8. @ 0:39
runed version Electrocute? It could also be a runed version of Arcane Orb but since that spell was already in the video, I'm thinking Electrocute...
9. @ 0:41
Energy Twister
unruned or runed for minor visual change (e.g. lower cost etc)
10. @ 0:50
new (and extremely awesome) version of Arcane Torrent ?! Looks brilliant, and a lot less similar to common Blizzard or Meteor Shower spells, which is good . It's clearly channeled and freely targetable. I'll have a lot of fun with this one!
Thoughts?|||The twister was fairly obviously the combine rune.
I think I prefer the vanilla Arcane Torrent effect, though. It was way faster. This one has travel time depending on range, so..|||These videos - Increases Faith in D3 by 1000%.
Holy crap spells are awesome.|||Quote:
2. @ 0:06
Shock Pulse ?!
I don't know... We seen this one before at Blizzcon 2010 so maybe a rune version of Electrocute?

8. @ 0:39
runed version Electrocute? It could also be a runed version of Arcane Bomb but since that spell was already in the video, I'm thinking Electrocute...
Arcane Bomb is an Enchantress skill, and for some reason I think it is a rune version of Arcane Orb.

9. @ 0:41
Energy Twister
unruned or runed for minor visual change (e.g. lower cost etc)
As Konfeta already pointed out, this is a rune version.

I really like how it looks, but if I had to compare those three skills I would have to say that Blizzard and Meteor had more in common as they were more fire and forget skills while Arcane Torrent was always a channel skill(as far as we know.).|||Role wise, vanilla balance between the three always felt like AT - pure deeps, Meteor - pure burst, and Blizzard - area denial/cc.|||Incredible vids. The wizard and DH stole the show for sure. Both Archon and that wierd tentacle almost dark tyrael wing transformation on the DH were both very awesome.|||Floating energy orbs possibly a runed Charged Bolt? They certainly seem to move randomly enough .
Anyone know (lol) if Archon adds specifically Lightning damage to spells? That's what it looks like with Disintegrate, unless that's a rune effect changing base damage type.|||the spells look so awesome, except the archon in this black invironment. i think it would look much better ingame.
Still cant decide DH or Wiz :/|||That Archon casting disintegrate was sick.
Did you notice that it had all damage types active? There were little arcane spheres floating around, little flashes of lightning, and the regular disintegrate beam. I'm guessing this Archon version of disintegrate punches through any kind of resistance or something like that.
Looks freakin' amazing though.
Lord.|||The list I posted on the main page. I'm fairly confident of their accuracy.
Wizard skills and runestone effects shown in this movie.
- 0:01 - 0:10 -- Several Hydras are cast, and fire for a bit.
- 0:08 - 0:11 -- Electric projectile attack. This is most likely a Runestone effect in Electrocute.
- 12 - 0:18 -- Arcane Orbs.
- 0:19 - 0:31 -- Archon, a new Wizard skill. It turns the wizard into an elemental looking being for a short duration, and greatly increases skill damage. The Wizard shows off his massive Disintegrate beam with it in effect.
- 0:35 - 0:39 -- Magic Missile.
- 0:41 - 0:43 -- Floating electric orbs? Never before seen; they're probably a runestone effect in Electrocute. I wonder if they home in on enemies?
- 0:44 - 0:49 -- Energy Twisters with some kind of sparkly purple runestone effect.
- 0:50 - 1:02 -- Arcane Torrent, fires a series of purple spearhead-like projectiles at the targeted spot. As this skill hasn't been playable at any point, it's not known if this is the default version or a runestone effect.
On #2, some interview said a runestone effect on Electrocute granted it projectile effect instead of beam, and I'm pretty sure Shock Pulse is just a new (lame) name for Charged Bolt.
