So we get to see Blizzard in clearer picture now. It was only shown briefly in the last Blizzcon.
It definitely looks better than D2's, when you cast it, a cloud will appear and rain ice chunks down on enemies.
I can't imagine the possibilities of runes doing to it, but the AoE is definitely small in the video. Probably need a rune to increase the effect?
They brought back meteor, I feel it lacks the punch of D2.
Same for Hydra, it's just 3 wiggly heads composed of flames. The fire spells definitely need some graphic improvements. Opinions?|||D2's hydra's look better yes, but these look pretty descent as well. As for the meteor skill... I'll have to postpone my opinion until I see it with skill runes.|||Yeah, Hydra wasn't defined (just piles of fire) enough and Meteor could use some more oomph. It seems to drop faster than in D2, which is nice because I always found the lag to be annoying, especially when you had spells that did instant damage.|||Blizzard - 9/10
Meteor - 9/10
Hydra - 10/10|||am i the only one who wants to play around in that test area?|||Quote:

Probably not, but 15min after a long waiting time are painfully short.

I really dig the Arcane Hydras shooting Arcane Orbs. Max number of Hydras along with me casting Arcane Orbs as fast as possible will be ...
... ORBILICIOUS!
|||Just wait untill the enemy mobs are near and:Slow Time (longest rune duration)
Hydra (highest damage rune)
Teleport (cheapest AP cost rune)
