D3 does not have that design goal, it will not have "crazy fun stuff" toned down for sake of competitive balance.

obviously some stuff will get tweaked but I don't want entire builds dying or massive nerfs to certain spells just because someone's epeen got hurt in the optional, rewardless arena.|||Quote:

No worries there as it confirmed that PvE and PvP will use there own skill tables.
