What skill is this?

[:1]During the Wizard's gameplay trailer she casts a spell I had never noticed.

She casts it 3 times in a row @1:38

It kind of fits the description of Explosive Blast, except for the part where it says "around the Wizard":

|||Whatever it is, it sounds like a cool self offensive/protection skill, just like storm armor.|||It's the old version of Explosive Blast. It used to function basically like meteor, you picked a location, it went boom after a second.
