[:1]My Wizards name will now have to be Vegeta.
I mean, c'mon, imagine Achron mode + Arcane Torrent...hahhaha|||Quote:
Sounds like a good achievement to me to obtain archonform on inferno difficulty.
Sounds interesting as well, yes. I just know that I wouldn't sacrifice a skill slot for a temporary buff that I can't fully control and therefore hardly utilize its damage potential. Your version would be great as a passive, activating Archon at killing sprees !|||Would this Archon form be similar to the Barbarian's "super saiyan" transformation (Frenzy i believe, correct me if I'm wrong) but it increases stats which help a Wizard ?|||Quote:

Archon is said to change the function and graphics of some skills and the duration increases the more monster, and it will most likely increase some stats as well.
The Barbarian's version is called Wrath of the Berserker. And the Demon Hunter has something similar as well called Shadow Power. We don't know all that much about these two. Except that Wrath of the Berserker is said to break immunities(note that we found this part in the skill description after they said there are no immunities in the game so either there will be immunities or the description is lying about immunities.).
As for Shadow Power... We know nothing except for what it looks like.|||They said there will not be permanent immunities. We know there are situational immunities.|||It looks pretty sweet Would be great if it extended while you were on a rampage |||Quote:

I don't think they said anything about situational immunities, I know that Jay said that there were to be no immunities and then Blizzcon came and Wrath of the Berserker's decription said it can break immunities...
But then again I would be fine with permanent immunities as long as they aren't everywhere like it was in D2 and there was ways to break it. So I probably didn't pay as much attention to the immunities issue except to know that there aren't any/as many.|||Quote:

Sand Dervish becoming immune to projectiles, Shield Skeletons being basically immune directionally to damage until the shield is gone, that concept art of a gigantic monster with shields for arms that it could use to become immune to damage in one of the Blizzcon monster presentations.
Situational immunities will be there. The question is simply what exactly falls under immunity breakable by WotB. It could be very narrow, or it could be as far reaching as even ignoring Wizard's Diamond Armor in PvP.|||Ah, well all the things you listed I wouldn't really call immunities, but you are right in that we don't know if Blizzard would count it as an immunity or not.|||I wouldn't be surprised, if I saw "arkong are OP" thread later on.
